ABOUT JOFFREY BALLET SCHOOL
Founded by Robert Joffrey & Gerald Arpino in 1953, The Joffrey Ballet School has been on the forefront of Dance Education by shaping dancers that have gone on to dance with major ballet, contemporary and modern companies.
Our mission is to transform passionate dance students into strong, versatile, open- minded professional artists able to work inclusively, collaborate positively and evolve fluidly in a fast-changing diverse society.

WHAT TO EXPECT FROM THE PROGRAMS
A Summer Intensive gives you the opportunity to greatly improve and expand your abilities through a rigorous and diverse schedule in a couple of weeks. In a short amount of time you will challenge your technique, reimagine your artistic boundaries, and open the possibilities for your future in dance.
We offer curated experiences in many genres. The best part is: YOU CHOOSE WHAT YOU WANT!
WHY SHOULD I AUDITION?
Audition classes are taught as a master class, planned to give you a great experience, serve as level placement and gives you the opportunity to earn a scholarship. Come join us for a magical experience that will expand and strengthen your relationship with dance.

GDO AUDITION TOUR
The Joffrey Ballet School auditions will take place within the Global Dance Open National Qualifiers. Audition timings be dependent on competition schedule, to allow dancers to participate in both. We aim to have the audition schedule out 6-8 weeks before each event.
