Tania Fairburn
Tania trained at the Arts Educational School, Tring and The Royal Ballet School’s Teachers' Training Course under Valerie Adams. She gained a BPhil (Hons) in Dance and Contextual Studies at Durham University and has studied Sports Science with Stonebridge Distance Learning. In 2025, Tania was awarded the FISTD.
Tania has danced with Alexander Roy’s London Ballet Theatre, Northern Ballet Theatre and Scottish Ballet before moving to London's West End musicals where she performed in the stage productions of ‘The Phantom of the Opera’, ‘42nd St', and ‘On Your Toes’.
As an internationally renowned classical ballet teacher, Tania continues to share her passion for dance pedagogy through her caring and nurturing approach.
Tania taught at The Royal Ballet School as a classical ballet and character dance teacher for many years and was a Tutor for Teacher Training. Tania has been recognised for her choreographic work, particularly her Character Dances that have been staged in theatres including The Royal Opera House, Opera Holland Park and The Linbury Theatre.
Prior to The Royal Ballet School Tania spent 15 years teaching at Central School of Ballet as Head of the Junior school and choreographed the character dancers for Christopher Gable’s production of Swan Lake for Northern Ballet Theatre. Whilst at Central School of Ballet, she founded the 'Recovery from Injury' class and worked with the school's physiotherapist in injury prevention and rehabilitation. Tania continued her coaching classes whilst at the Royal Ballet School.

Natalie Dodd
Natalie Dodd trained at Rambert School and went on to gain an MA through NSCD. She has performed in music videos, toured with Mark Bruce Company, performed twice at The Royal Albert Hall for BBC Proms and has worked with ENO and RSC. Nataliehas choreographed works for the Over 60’s group, Chronicles, Youth America Grand Prix participants, galas and for her own solo performances. She has been teaching since 2014 and has worked for Rambert School, Rambert, Royal Academy of Dance, DanceWest and Trinity Laban amongst many others. Natalie is a devisor, delivering artist and examiner for Rambert Grades.

Marie Astrid Mence
Marie Astrid Mence is an accomplished artist and educator with an incredible dance background and career. A former student of the Higher National Conservatory of Music and Dance in Paris and a scholarship recipient at the renowned Alvin Ailey School, Marie’s journey in the world of dance has been nothing short of extraordinary. From 2014 to 2020, Marie graced the stage with Ballet Black, showcasing her exceptional talent in numerous pieces by acclaimed choreographers such as Mark Bruce, Will Tuckett, Martin Lawrence, Mthuthuzeli November, Sophie Laplane, Christopher Marney, Michael Corder, Cathy Marson, Arthur Pita, Christopher Hampson, and Annabelle Lopez-Ochoa. She went on to join Phoenix Dance Company in 2015, collaborating with choreographers Sharon Watson, Itsik Galili, Kate Flatt, and Darshan Singh Buhller. Marie was also named Dancer of the Month for February 2016 by the prestigious Dancing Times UK.
Marie’s achievements have also extended to the screen, with notable appearances in Disney's 'Find Me in Paris' Seasons 2 and 3 (2019), the OCS production series 'L'Opera' (2020), and Ulu's series 'Spellbound' (2022), where she served as a body double for significant roles.
Marie was also part of the short film 'The Truth of Being a Black Ballerina' (2020) and in 2021, she graced music videos for artists like Moeasy, Jords, Masego, and starred in Alexandra Luxem's captivating short film. In 2022 Marie took on the lead dancer role in a 15-minute solo for 'Oklahoma!' at the Young Vic, followed by her West End debut at the Wyndhams Theatre in 2023. In addition to her accomplishments on stage and screen, more recently Marie took the TEDx stage in Paris to share her insights on success and the courage to find one's voice.

Lucy Banfield
Having worked in the industry for over 25 years, firstly as a professional Ballet Dancer, then moving into Musical Theatre, Film, TV, and the Commercial sector. Lucy has had the pleasure of working with and assisting many notable Directors and Choreographers including Susan Stroman, Carlos Acosta, Sir Kenneth Branagh, Rob Ashford, Baz Luhrmann, Twyla Tharp, Andy Blankenbuehler, Arlene Phillips, Kim Gavin & Matt Cole.
Lucy has been an educator for over 20 years and is currently Head of Jazz at Laine Theatre Arts.

Fletcher is a UK based choreographer and creative whose own style touches on various disciplines of dance, all based on a jazz foundation.
Fletcher is currently the UK Resident Choreographer of ‘Moulin Rouge! The Musical’ in London’s West End.

Sven Niemeyer
Sven Niemeyer is an award winning director and choreographer with more than 25 years of experience as a theater and dance professional. Sven got his extensive dance- and musical theater education in Hamburg, Munich and Los Angeles. As a performer he has worked with many different directors, choreographers and music directors internationally for almost 20 years on stage or in front of a camera. Besides that, he started his professional career at the creative side of the business as a Co-Choreographer for David Garrett in 2001. Since 2017 he is the consultant for the Jazz- and Showdance department at ZAV-Tanz, the artist agency by the German Government. Sven choreographed more than 50 Music-/Theater- or Film productions, e.g. at distinguished houses like Hamburg State Opera, Theater an der Wien (VBW) or the Philharmonie Luxembourg. He got chosen as 'flausen+' artist in residence, funded by 'Fonds Darstellende Künste' in 21/22. As a Director, Sven has made a name for himself as a "specialist for complex topics" (NDR) and directed the European Premiere of the HIV-Drama 'The 24th Day - A play by Tony Piccirillo' in 2022, the Germany Premieres of Tom Ratcliffes 'Wreckage' in 2023 and Andrea Besconds 'Bye Bye Life' in 2024, with rave reviews, and sold out runs - all three productions at the prestige Theater Das Zimmer in Hamburg. 'Wreckage' got shortlisted for the Hamburg Theater Award in 2024. His many years of experience and diversity in styles, enable Sven to work in any field of dance, movement and direction in theater and film.

Rachael Hunt
Originally from London, Rachael trained at The Royal Ballet School before joining the English National Ballet, where she performed a wide range of roles — from corps de ballet to soloist and principal parts — in both the classical and contemporary repertoire. She was later invited to join the Dutch National Ballet, continuing to perform in major classical and creative works with the company.
Following her stage career, Rachael completed the Professional Dancers’ Teaching Diploma at the Royal Academy of Dance, as well as a Postgraduate Certificate in Teaching and Learning, validated by the University of the Arts. She is currently International Artistic Manager for Intensive Courses and Auditions at The Royal Ballet School.

Kathrin Baun-Hofer
Amanda trained at the Royal Ballet School (Senior Associate) and Laine Theatre Arts, where she gained a BA Hons in Musical Theatre. She then completed the Fellowship program at the Alvin Ailey School in NYC on the Talley Beatty Scholarship, where she performed works by Alvin Ailey, Christopher Huggins, Pedro Ruiz, Donald Byrd and Hope Boykin. Amanda danced with Lines Ballet, Opus Dance Theatre, Battery Dance Company and Thomas Ortiz Dance. She was fortunate to perform for the inaugural celebrations of President Obama at The White House, at the esteemed Jacobs Pillow, and on the European tour with Post Modern Jukebox. Upon returning to the UK, Amandahas taught Contemporary at The Royal Ballet School (White Lodge), London Theatre Runway, Laine Theatre Arts and The McOnie Company. Amanda is currently Head of Operations at Laine Theatre Arts, whilst maintaining a creative, interdisciplinary practice in Choreography, recently choreographing for The Writer, a new musical, Black Rabbit Projects, and Sandi Tosvig's Christmas Spectacular at the Royal Albert Halls. It is Amanda’s greatest pleasure to support the next generation of artists in their journey to becoming well rounded innovators of the future.

Silvia Jimenez
Born in Madrid, Spain. Silvia trained with Victor Ullate Ballet School, at Princess Grace in Monte Carlo and finished her studies at John Cranko School in Germany. She began her professional career as a dancer with Stuttgart Ballet for five years under the direction of Marcia Haydee. She then joined Birmingham Royal Ballet in 1996 where she became First Soloist and finished her performing career in 2008. She performed many main roles of the classical repertoire like Odette/Odile in Swan Lake, Sugar Plum Fairy in The Nutcracker, Queen of the Willis in Giselle and many more. She has also danced solo parts in ballets by Balanchine, John Cranko, Sir Kenneth MacMillan, Frederick Ashton, Twyla Tharp, Stanton Welch. She has also worked with international choreographers of the likes of Hans van Manen, Uwe Scholz, Renato Zanella, David Bintley and Nacho Duato amongst others.
With many years of experience as a Ballet Teacher, she has appeared as a guest at Conservatorio Profesional de Danza in Madrid and in Puerto Llano, at The Hammod and DanceXchange CADT programme for young dancers as well as guest teacher at international summer schools. She was a ballet tutor with Elmhurst Ballet School for five years and the Head of Elmhurst Ballet Company until 2021.
Silvia has been invited to guest with companies like: Company Wayne McGregor, Stuttgart Ballet, Graz Opera Ballet and Birmingham Royal Ballet on several occasions. In 2022 she was invited regularly to teach English National Ballet Company. She is now a ballet tutor and private coach for Blommaert Ballet School in the UK.

Nicole Guarino
Nicole was born in São Paulo, Brazil. After being a finalist of the Genée International Ballet Competition, she received a scholarship to study at Rambert School, where she graduated from with a First Class Honours degree. She has worked for Scottish Dance Theatre (UK), Cisne Negro Dance Company (Brazil) and Introdans (Netherlands), performing works by renowned choreographers such as Hofesh Shechter, Ben Duke, Mark Baldwin, Itzik Galili, Jiri Kylian, Mats Ek, William Forsythe, Sidi Larbi Cherkaoui, Lightfoot/Leon, Inbal Pinto, Janet Smith and Robert Battle, amongst others. Since 2013, as a freelance dancer, she has been a member of the Mark Bruce Company and was part of the original cast for Dracula, winner of the Sky Arts Awards in 2014. Nicole has also performed with Darren Ellis Dance and Caroline Bowditch and has taught both ballet and contemporary dance at a number of UK dance schools, as well as workshops around the world. She is a guest teacher for New Adventures, Scottish Dance Theatre and Mark Bruce Company, amongst others. In 2017, she completed with Distinction her MA in Contemporary Dance, with particular focus in education, at London Contemporary Dance School. From 2015 until 2021 Nicole worked as Production and Rehearsal Director at Rambert School as well as Contemporary Dance Tutor. Alongside her teaching, Nicole is a mother of two and a dance photographer.

Cristina D'Alberto
Her trajectory as a dancer starts with ballet in Torino, her hometown, and consolidates after graduating at the Montecarlo dance academy Princess Grace in 2005. Two years later, Cristina moves to Florence, where she starts her professional training in contemporary dance at the Opus Ballet. Then, between 2009 and 2011, she dances for the Opus Ballet Company and works with international choreographers such as German Jauregui, Peter Mika, and Loris Petrillo. In the meanwhile, she also collaborates in two productions with the Centrale Produzioni theatre company.
She has worked professionally since 2009, performing for various companies and choreographers. Cristina is regularly invited to teach classes internationally for academies and professional dancers. She holds a master’s degree in Choreography and Co-Creation from Codarts University in Rotterdam. Since 2016, Cristina has been developing her choreographic work, and her pieces have been staged in several European venues. Her research has focused on exploring identities and human relationships, as well as the material and immaterial connections between people and the artificial, natural, and imagined spaces they inhabit.

Olivia Higham
Olivia is a professional dancer who started dancing from a young age. She went on to train at Paul McCartneys Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts for 3 years where she graduated with a BA Honors degree in dance.
Since graduating, Olivia has worked for global production companies touring Europe with shows such as 'Musical Rocks' as well as appearing in music videos for international artists such as Ellie Goulding.
Olivia has worked on multiple commercial TV shows and networks such as 'Alan Carrs New Year Spectacular', 'Michael McIntyres Big Show' and 'Surprise Surprise' shown on both BBC and ITV. In 2016 Olivia performed at the prestigious 'Royal Variety Performance' promoting a new musical 'Christmasauras' held at the Hammersmith Apollo in London watched by members of the Royal family and choreographed by ‘The Greatest Showman’ choreographer, Ashley Wallen. In 2017 Olivia danced at the European music awards for global dance artists, Rita Ora and Camila Cabello. In 2018, Olivia danced for Dua Lipa at the most famous British pop music awards, ‘The Brit Awards’, and then later in the year danced for Jason Derulo and Haliee Steinfeld again at the European Music Awards. Olivia has most recently worked with a huge American artist under the choreographic direction of Brian Friedman, which will be released and revealed in the summer of 2019.
Olivia was the assistant choreographer for music video 'Beyoncé Walk' by Dominic Lawson and also co-wrote and assisted choreography for 2016 commercial dance syllabus for the UK dance board the 'Associated Board of Dance'. Most recently Olivia has been working as assistant choreographer on Season 3 and 4 of Hollands hit TV show 'Dance Dance Dance'.
Olivia is also a well known teacher & choreographer and began with training dancers 6-18years in New York for six months. From there Olivia went on to teach at various dance schools and colleges across the UK including ‘Dance Moms UK’ Jelli Studios, and the prestigious Centre Pointe School and College and has choreographed pieces for big performances such as move it and can you dance.

Robert trained both in competitive gymnastics and Performing Arts. In gymnastics he was “All Ireland National Novice Champion”. Following 2 years dance training at CSN (Cork City) Robert received a scholarship for 3 years performing arts course at Laine Theatre Arts. He has worked alongside choreographers/Directors including Arlene Philips, Peter Darling, Karen Bruce, Trevor Nunn, Mathew Warchus & Mitch Sabastian to name a few. Nicole has also performed with Darren Ellis Dance and Caroline Bowditch and has taught both ballet and contemporary dance at a number of UK dance schools, as well as workshops around the world. She is a guest teacher for New Adventures, Scottish Dance Theatre and Mark Bruce Company, amongst others. In 2017, she completed with Distinction her MA in Contemporary Dance, with particular focus in education, at London Contemporary Dance School. From 2015 until 2021 Nicole worked as Production and Rehearsal Director at Rambert School as well as Contemporary Dance Tutor. Alongside her teaching, Nicole is a mother of two and a dance photographer.

Cristina D'Alberto
Her trajectory as a dancer starts with ballet in Torino, her hometown, and consolidates after graduating at the Montecarlo dance academy Princess Grace in 2005. Two years later, Cristina moves to Florence, where she starts her professional training in contemporary dance at the Opus Ballet. Then, between 2009 and 2011, she dances for the Opus Ballet Company and works with international choreographers such as German Jauregui, Peter Mika, and Loris Petrillo. In the meanwhile, she also collaborates in two productions with the Centrale Produzioni theatre company.
She has worked professionally since 2009, performing for various companies and choreographers. Cristina is regularly invited to teach classes internationally for academies and professional dancers. She holds a master’s degree in Choreography and Co-Creation from Codarts University in Rotterdam. Since 2016, Cristina has been developing her choreographic work, and her pieces have been staged in several European venues. Her research has focused on exploring identities and human relationships, as well as the material and immaterial connections between people and the artificial, natural, and imagined spaces they inhabit.

Olivia Higham
Olivia is a professional dancer who started dancing from a young age. She went on to train at Paul McCartneys Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts for 3 years where she graduated with a BA Honors degree in dance.
Since graduating, Olivia has worked for global production companies touring Europe with shows such as 'Musical Rocks' as well as appearing in music videos for international artists such as Ellie Goulding.
Olivia has worked on multiple commercial TV shows and networks such as 'Alan Carrs New Year Spectacular', 'Michael McIntyres Big Show' and 'Surprise Surprise' shown on both BBC and ITV. In 2016 Olivia performed at the prestigious 'Royal Variety Performance' promoting a new musical 'Christmasauras' held at the Hammersmith Apollo in London watched by members of the Royal family and choreographed by ‘The Greatest Showman’ choreographer, Ashley Wallen. In 2017 Olivia danced at the European music awards for global dance artists, Rita Ora and Camila Cabello. In 2018, Olivia danced for Dua Lipa at the most famous British pop music awards, ‘The Brit Awards’, and then later in the year danced for Jason Derulo and Haliee Steinfeld again at the European Music Awards. Olivia has most recently worked with a huge American artist under the choreographic direction of Brian Friedman, which will be released and revealed in the summer of 2019.
Olivia was the assistant choreographer for music video 'Beyoncé Walk' by Dominic Lawson and also co-wrote and assisted choreography for 2016 commercial dance syllabus for the UK dance board the 'Associated Board of Dance'. Most recently Olivia has been working as assistant choreographer on Season 3 and 4 of Hollands hit TV show 'Dance Dance Dance'.
Olivia is also a well known teacher & choreographer and began with training dancers 6-18years in New York for six months. From there Olivia went on to teach at various dance schools and colleges across the UK including ‘Dance Moms UK’ Jelli Studios, and the prestigious Centre Pointe School and College and has choreographed pieces for big performances such as move it and can you dance.

Robert trained both in competitive gymnastics and Performing Arts. In gymnastics he was “All Ireland National Novice Champion”. Following 2 years dance training at CSN (Cork City) Robert received a scholarship for 3 years performing arts course at Laine Theatre Arts. He has worked alongside choreographers/Directors including Arlene Philips, Peter Darling, Karen Bruce, Trevor Nunn, Mathew Warchus & Mitch Sabastian to name a few. Robert is currently a lecturer in dance, musical theatre and acrobatics, and foundation course coordinator at The Institute of the Arts Barcelona. He travels the world running workshops and choreographing for many schools.
