
Global Dance Open – Terms & Conditions
In these Terms & Conditions, “Organiser,” “Us,” “Our,” or “We” refers to Ultimate Dance Productions Ltd and “Event” refers to Global Dance Open or any of its associated events, competitions, or showcases.
Tickets and participation at this Event are issued on behalf of the Organiser and are subject to the following terms and conditions:

In addition to the terms listed below, attendees agree to the terms and conditions outlined by our official ticketing partner (if applicable).

Admission to the Event will not be granted without a valid ticket, wristband, or official pass issued by the Organiser.

For the safety of all attendees, the Organiser and venue reserve the right to:
a) conduct security checks deemed necessary;
b) refuse entry to anyone whose presence is deemed inappropriate, unsafe, or disruptive. -
All tickets and passes must be checked upon receipt. Mistakes may not be rectified after purchase.

Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Duplicate tickets cannot be issued.

If you are unable to attend due to government travel restrictions or regulations introduced after your purchase, your ticket may be transferred to a future event, at the discretion of the Organiser.

If you are unable to attend due to personal or unforeseen circumstances, ticket transfers may be permitted at the Organiser’s discretion. No refunds will be issued.

Additional charges such as booking, service, or transaction fees may apply. These fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

In the event of cancellation, postponement, or relocation, the Organiser will offer a ticket transfer or refund, excluding non-refundable service and protection fees.

The Organiser is not responsible for travel, accommodation, or related costs incurred in connection with a rescheduled or cancelled Event or session.

Damaged or altered tickets or passes will be invalid, and entry will be refused.

Tickets must not be resold for commercial purposes. Tickets found to be resold may be voided.

The Organiser may impose ticket limits and reserves the right to cancel orders exceeding these limits.

The Organiser may change elements of the Event’s schedule or content due to circumstances beyond its control, without obligation to offer refunds.

All attendees must comply with the Event’s published Code of Conduct.

The Organiser reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any individual displaying inappropriate, disruptive, intoxicated, or unsafe behaviour, including symptoms of contagious illness.

The Organiser and venue accept no liability for personal injury, death, or loss unless caused by proven negligence or breach of statutory duty.

Outdoor components of the Event will proceed in various weather conditions unless deemed unsafe. No refunds will be issued due to inclement weather. Please dress appropriately.

The Organiser is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings at the Event.

The Event may be filmed, photographed, or recorded for promotional, broadcast, archival, or security purposes by the Organiser and its approved partners.

Attendees agree not to commercially exploit any materials (photos, video, autographs, merchandise, etc.) obtained at the Event without written permission.

Only service animals (e.g., guide dogs) are permitted. No other animals are allowed.

Please check Event times, parking availability, and local travel updates in advance.

The Organiser is not liable for delays due to transport or travel disruptions.

Late entry to workshops, theatres, or performances will be managed at the Organiser’s discretion and is not guaranteed.

Audio or video recording in designated performance areas is not permitted unless authorized in writing by the Organiser.

Attendees under 18 may not purchase or sample alcohol or restricted items in accordance with UK law.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts.
